Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the emergency room setting.
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs based on severity of condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions, adjusting care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in CA (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in an emergency room setting
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
