Work schedule: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday with weekend rotation every 4th weekend
Territory: Clarkston, Oakland, White Lake, Oxford
This position is eligible for a $5k sign-on bonus!
As a Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice the work you do every day makes a difference in the lives of our patients. Our nurses give our patients the greatest gift the ability to spend enhanced quality time with their loved ones in their preferred environment.
As a RN you will have the opportunity to provide one on one patient care and work at the top of your license. You will utilize your clinical skills in providing end of life care as directed by an attending physician. You"ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on providing compassionate quality care to our patients.
You"ll oversee the overall care of the patient from beginning to end of life. You will observe and monitor the patient to determine if the level of care being provided meets the patients needs. You will work autonomously and be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
