Type: Contract, 13 weeks or longer
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday-Friday only 8am to 4pm ; 9am to 5pm ; 10am to 6pm and or 11am to 7pm- NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to clients, including comprehensive admission assessments, prepares doses for direct administration and dispensing of methadone and other medications, providing physician-ordered medical treatment, transcribing orders, and collection of specimens for laboratory analysis or culture.
Performs and documents Nursing Intake/Medical History in accordance with agency policy and procedure.
Provides health education to clients, monitors client behavior and participates in treatment planning
Requirements:
Must have NY RN licensee
Experience in giving vaccinations
Preferably Bilingual
