What will you do as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

• Responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective.
• Attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents conditions and initiate appropriate steps.
• Responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs.

What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

• Licensed as an RN
• Previous experience in a long term care facility
• Previous MDS experience
