Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical setting.
• Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
• Certifications: RD or CDN preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments for residents, including admission, readmission, quarterly, and annual evaluations.
• Individualized Care Plans: Develop personalized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs.
• Team Meetings: Participate in food service department meetings and comprehensive care plan meetings.
• Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and tray line operations as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
