Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Independent Dialysis Foundation, Inc.

Independent Dialysis Foundation (IDF) is currently looking for a Part-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for our Prince Frederick Center facility located in Calvert County Maryland.  IDF is a non-profit dialysis provider located in Maryland where the focus is on the patients. Newly licensed? We are willing to train!

The RDN is responsible for the therapeutic nutritional care of in-center hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. 

The RDN will counsel patients at least monthly, chart in EMR per IDF and Medicare standards, complete RD in-service requirements in a timely manner, participate in Nutrition education for staff, IDT meetings, QAPI and care plans.

Current licensure from the Maryland Department of Health, State Board of Dietetic Practice and current credentials and registration from the Commission of Dietetic Registration for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is required.
