Registered Dietitian ( Dialysis ) - Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

Hudson Hill Dialysis Center is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian to join our team. The Registered Dietitian is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing an individualized nutritional care plan for each dialysis patient at our facility. 

We are located at 65 Ashburton Ave, Yonkers, NY 10701.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S./B.A. Dietitian
• RD credential and CDN credential within 6 months is required
• Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, or Dialysis required
• 1-year minimum experience in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition
