The Department of Food and Nutrition is currently seeking a part time Registered Dietician to join their team at their Westchester campus.

Job Summary-Registered Dietician

• Conduct Nutrition Assessment based on MDS schedule
• Develop individualized Care Plans based on the needs of patients or residents
• Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Develop nutrition education programs and provide individualized diet counseling
• Participate in Quality Improvement projects
• Assist with menu planning and conduct meal rounds
• Knowledge of computer including us of Electronic Health Record Software

  3 DAY WEEKLY PART TIME SCHEDULE WITH FLEXIBILITY.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian
• Two years (2)  Clinical Experience in a hospital or Sub-Acute Care setting preferred.
• New graduates are welcomed!
