OverviewGallagher's Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice (HRCC) unites some of the most respected names in human resource consulting. Our Global team of 1,000+ HR experts in communications, compensation, engagement, leadership development, hr strategy and operation, executive search and surveys. We draw on expertise from every category of human resources, then assemble flexible consulting solutions that streamline efficiency and strengthen bottom lines
How you'll make an impact- Produces revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on small to mid-sized companies with high revenue.
- Acts as the cross-selling link between/within HRCC and Gallagher enterprise by driving sales to HRCC (predominantly)
- Drives HR account planning on own book of business and in partnership with Health & Benefits Producers in their market
- Establishes market presence through participating in branch sales meetings, speaking at thought leadership events, supplying market collateral for Health & Benefits producers to send out to their clients
- Maintains connectivity with clients with current and past projects
- Ensures market is aware of existing and new HRCC products and services through market campaigns
- Fosters relationships and COIs across enterprise: within selected industry vertical(s), GGB, and other practice areas
- Mentors junior talent
- Facilitates strong partnership with local branches and provides regular report outs on sales, trends, revenue paid in on existing projects
- Serves as a solution architect of H&W and HRCC requests, qualifies leads; and identifies the appropriate consulting resource
- Sources proposals from appropriate HRCC expert who delivers the work
- Attends client and prospect meetings with Producers as an HRCC representative for sales and education to: introduce HRCC services; pre-qualify any leads; collect required information so that HRCC content expert (consultant) can formulate proposal; present preliminary proposals.
- Heavy business development and relationship sales.
- Seeks out and participates in external speaking engagements as well as partners with producers for client and prospect-facing events.
- Prepares and communicates HRCC marketing campaigns and collaterals.
Required: Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience required.
Preferred:
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team-focused environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated professionalism in building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers
- Highly self-motivated and achievement-oriented
- Enthusiastic, analytical, curious, creative, and detail-oriented while operating with a high degree of integrity
- Travel throughout regional area
