• Guide and support veterinarians across multiple general practice locations.

What You'll Do

• Practice alongside our current veterinarians 3-4 days per week to educate them on how to handle complex situations on the floor.
• Act as a trusted mentor for veterinarians, offering clinical and professional guidance.
• Support team development through coaching, case discussions, and skills-building.
• Partner with leadership to ensure best practices and high standards of care.
• Travel within the region to provide on-site mentorship and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate regional continuing education sessions once per quarter.
• Attend operations meetings to present findings and progress to leadership team(s).

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent with mastery level skills in general practice veterinary medicine.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, and elevating others in their careers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Central Texas region.
