Transitions Healthcare, LLC is currently seeking a regional treating Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team of talented caregivers.

This position will share services between Transitions Healthcare Shook Home located in Chambersburg and Transitions Healthcare Allens Cove in Duncannon.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibility Highlights include:

· Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.

· Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.

· Evaluates results of occupational therapy.

· Complete discharge planning.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Minimum Qualifications:

· Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
