The OpportunityAs a Testing Services Specialist, you will be part of the Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization primarily involved in all activities related to End-to-End test execution in the SAP Finance & Controlling space.
This position reports into the Global Lead Testing Services and is supporting ASPIRE Testing activities in the various regional deployments. Your main responsibilities include:Defining the global, regional or local test cases, test plans, test data and other test prerequisites of the relevant test phases (Dry-Run, SAT, UAT, Regression Test).Execution of the global, regional and local tests; document them according to the system specific framework in SAP Solution Manager and the existing Roche PMM and CSV rules.Coordination of the testing activities with potentially external partners (e.g.
3PL), where requiredDefect management handling within- and potentially across the streamsEnsure that all testing activities are performed in accordance to the project plan/scheduleSetup a proper status reporting for test execution to create visibility about the progress to the Test Management team and other StakeholdersCooperation across the RSS Regional Testing Service Hub: The different regions support each other in critical situations to ensure that bottlenecks are covered and Project timelines are met.Who you are?You have SAP System end user experience (R3/S4 HANA).SAP Solution Manager testing tool experience is also required.You have the ability to analyze, design, describe, test the solutions from an E2E business process understanding.You have a vast knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications. You have experience with Master Data, Reporting and Analytics in the respective area.You have 3-5 years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance. You have a Bachelor's degree and experience in the respective functional area, Business Administration, or related field.You have a broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the respective functional area.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.The position also requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly.Strong Stakeholder management, communication and change management skills are also a must.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Relocation benefits are available for this job posting.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
