What Are We Looking For?
Your Health is currently looking for a Regional Staffing Coordinator to join our growing urgent care family.
The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, and/or eliminate function(s).
Admission
Create, maintain, and manage clinical coordinators (CC's) schedules for the region
- Ensure adequate coverage and staffing at all times.
- Interview, hire and train Clinical Coordinators (CCs) for region in conjunction with leadership
- Manage absences and Paid Time Off (PTO) request, including, approval, coverage, and training for regional staff.
- Act as a Clinical Coordinator when necessary to provide coverage in case of staffing shortages
- Coordinate with Regional Director of Training and Education to indentify and address training needs
QUALIFICATIONS
•Clinical Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or Higher Preferred
•Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
•Ability to read and communicate effectively.
•Physician services and management skills a plus
•Basic computer knowledge.
•Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
•Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circ
