Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Regional Service Technician:
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years field experience in the installation and servicing of HVACR equipment.
- Candidate will be required to have a solid understanding of electrical applications, and the ability to read electrical schematics.
- Candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing applications related to building domestic piping schemes.
- The ability to diagnose and repair boiler and water heater issues.
- The candidate will be required to work on commercial kitchen equipment, and commercial laundry equipment.
- A candidate that has experience working on low voltage door alarm systems will be considered a plus.
