About the Job
What you will be doing:
Sell Emergency Response Service products throughout the specified sales region.
Utilize combined efforts of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales and profit objectives.
Review, evaluate, and assess the requirements of critical customers.
Manage and develop key customer relationships.
Organize and manage prospects within the assigned sales region as an expert in ERS products.
Coordinate sales efforts with the distributor network.
Strategically develop and implement a sales plan to achieve targets set by the Vice-President and Regional Director of the ERS Division.
Create and present persuasive proposals to various ERS customers.
Collaborate and communicate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to modify plans to achieve objectives.
Maintain regular communication with field sales professionals and professional organizations to stay informed on market trends.
Experience you will need:
Advanced knowledge of sales, account management, forecasting, marketing, and customer service.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of patient care processes and equipment procurement.
Experience in developing long-range and short-range strategic sales plans.
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible capital equipment sales experience.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
