Our goal is to provide top-notch solutions and services to our clients, fostering strong relationships with distributors and dealers to drive sales growth. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Representative in the Southern Ohio and Kentucky region.
Job Description: As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with distributors and dealers to grow sales within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers in Southern Ohio and Kentucky.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive sales growth.
- Provide product training and support to distributors and dealers.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- An ambition to grow in sales, preferably in the nurturing of accounts and creating business lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
