**Job Summary:
Credit Management Services, Inc. is a Collection Agency seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience in the Collections Industry, will be motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As the Regional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, account management, and achieving and exceeding sales targets within the designated territory.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative within the Collections Industry or related field.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Commitment to high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, organize and deliver sales presentations, and promptly follow up.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms with potential clients.
- Manage client relationships and accounts effectively.
- Create regular sales reports and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Approach potential clients through various methods like cold calling or in-person meetings.
- Foster and maintain positive client relationships through consistent interaction.
- Travel within the sales territory for face-to-face client meetings.
- Strive to meet and exceed company-defined sales targets.

Salary:
Up to $100,000 per year.
