Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager, West
As we embark on an exciting phase of growth and expansion within the Commercial Roof & Wall segment at Shelter Solutions, we're seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in our strategic planning and implementation, driving the extension of market share for MBCI over the next three years.
Scope:
Lead a team of six to ten sales managers across a broad geographic region.
Manage a portfolio ranging from $50M to $75M, with ambitious goals to triple it within three years.
Responsibilities:
Set clear sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Develop strategic sales plans to foster growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the business development team to maximize value from project specifications, boosting close ratios and expanding margins.
Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional leaders to execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy for commercial roof, wall, and related product solutions.
Essential Functions:
Craft annual sales plans in line with organizational goals.
Oversee the implementation of sales policies and practices.
Ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Partner with Business Development to drive market share expansion in metal roof and wall solutions across various building projects.
Identify opportunities for sales strategy enhancements through market research and competitor analysis.
Lead integration efforts to support our aggressive M&A strategy.
Foster a sales culture centered on exceptional customer service.
Drive sales performance by acquiring and nurturing top-tier talent.
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, including executive-level roles.
Strong background in technical product sales.
Experience in a similar industry or product field is advantageous.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive strategy execution and deliver outstanding results.
Willingness to travel regularly to support business needs.

Salary Information:
