Regional Sales Manager - Southwest
Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote Position)
Salary: $110,000 - $143,000 per year plus Bonus

Primary Role and Responsibility:
As the Regional Sales Manager - Southwest, you'll be instrumental in driving our company's growth in this dynamic market. Working closely with the V.P. of Sales, you'll lead efforts to establish a World Class Sales Organization, laying the foundation for our long-term success.
Your responsibilities will include managing sales activities within the region, from generating leads and crafting proposals to negotiating contracts and building lasting customer relationships. Given our focus on high-technology LED lighting fixtures, the ability to understand and effectively sell advanced products is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional objectives in alignment with national goals
Expand and maintain customer base through relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements through continuous education and networking
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals effectively
Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and enhance relationships
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
Organize and participate in marketing events and trade shows to promote company products
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Reside in Texas, preferably in the Dallas area
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
Industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer needs and CRM management
Creative problem solver with excellent networking abilities
Motivational leader with a results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive both independently and within a team environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers (approximately 90% of the time)
