Position: Regional Sales Manager
Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager at our company plays a pivotal role in our business development strategy, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager. This position is geared towards achieving sales quotas within the designated region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering new business relationships, participating in industry events, and meticulously managing various key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and opportunity creation. Additionally, the role involves proficiently handling sales pipeline management within our CRM system and actively engaging in weekly sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales quotas within the assigned region.
Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts.
Represent [Company] at industry events to promote brand awareness and establish valuable connections.
Maintain and exceed KPI benchmarks for lead generation, opportunity creation, and other relevant metrics.
Efficiently manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
Actively participate in weekly sales and operations meetings to provide insights and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Coordinate or conduct Heat Loss surveys and oversee project implementation as needed.
Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:
Proficiency in CRM software, with a keen ability to leverage its functionalities for effective sales management.
Demonstrated skill in prospecting, including the ability to identify and cultivate potential leads.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) for seamless communication and data analysis.
Strong aptitude for delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
Conversational understanding of Steam and HVAC systems, or willingness to learn about them.
Work Environment:
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, supplemented by occasional visits to client sites within the Facility and Industrial mechanical sectors.
Travel:
Moderate travel is anticipated as part of this role, primarily for client visits and industry events.
Exemption Status:
This position is classified as exempt.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 42,000.00 171,000.00 Per Year
