Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Midwest Region
About Us:
We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our team as the Regional Sales Manager, overseeing our product lines in the Eastern Midwest Region of the United States. This exciting position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while embarking on extensive travels throughout the territory, which includes OH, MI, IN, KY, WV, and eastern TN.
Role Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll play a pivotal role in our company's success by cultivating leads, nurturing customer relationships, fostering partnerships with sales agents, and achieving ambitious sales targets. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a positive mindset and a knack for building rapport. Your sales approach should be solution-oriented, and you'll thrive in a collaborative team environment dedicated to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our diverse range of equipment, products, services, and consumables.
Cultivate, nurture, and expand our distributor network within your designated territory.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive Regional Account Plan to drive sales growth.
Provide direction to channel development initiatives and coordinate sales distribution activities.
Maintain existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure we consistently meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Submit expense reports promptly and ensure accurate CRM entry and reporting.
Stay updated on our product offerings and pricing, as well as relevant software tools.
Work collaboratively with our Sales team and management to establish and execute regional sales goals.
Support distributor sales personnel through training and assistance.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributor leadership and provide ongoing education and support.
Participate in training sessions and company meetings as required.
Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements:
Reside within the designated territory.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales.
Proficiency with the MS 360 Suite and experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Convenient access to airports and territory roadways.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
This is a remote position.
