Are you a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record? We are seeking experienced individuals to spearhead the expansion of our direct sales business into the East Coast and Southeast regions. While prior experience in Secondary Program Management is highly desirable, a strong sales background selling into East Coast and Southeast regions is required.

As a prominent provider of power adapters, power supplies, Power-over-Ethernet products, and electric vehicle chargers, we cater to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across diverse sectors, including medical, datacom, telecom, personal electronics, industrial, and networking markets.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an annual sales business plan, driving towards a multi-million-dollar sales goal.
Identify, qualify, and close OEM direct accounts to expand the customer base.
Lead, train, and motivate Regional Manufacturing Representatives to achieve success.
Some travel required: Visit strategic accounts, deliver presentations, foster relationships, and troubleshoot as needed.
Undertake a secondary Project/Account Management role during New Product Introduction (NPI) product development.
Ideal candidates will bring new business to the company, excel in business development, and maintain existing relationships, with a preference for securing high-quality Tier 1 customers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Electronics or Power Supply experience required
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in a high-tech hardware company.
Proven ability to cultivate top-tier customers and close multi-million-dollar deals.
Experience in NPI program management with a solid understanding of the product development process (Proto-EVT-DVT-MP).
Willingness and ability to travel as required to support sales goals.
