Are you ready to show off your demonstration skills of jobsite products? How about a paid company truck?
About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the ‘face’ of the company in PA, NJ & NY. Accompanying the truck, you will have a trailer of products for demonstration purposes when visiting jobsites, electrical contractors, general contractors, equipment rental companies and multiple other types of construction businesses.
This is a perfect position for a passionate seasoned or early-career sales professional with experience calling on commercial contractors.
This is a rapidly growing manufacturer (25% YOY growth over the last 3 years) specializing in portable power distribution, portable lighting, and other innovative products. These products are used on every worksite and are sold to all trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). You will be factory-trained in all product applications.
When not in use, the trailer will be parked in a storage facility.
***Residency can be anywhere in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with target customers, build strong and lasting relationships, and understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Product Presentation: Present the value proposition and innovative solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of the various products.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations, cold calls, and customer growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, working for a distributor, manufacturer, rep or reseller. We would also consider someone that has worked for a contractor and is ready for a sales role.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive outgoing personality and a great work ethic.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 25-30% of the time.
- Home-based office setup with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to attract new customers and reach the proper decision-makers.
