We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a organization renowned for its innovative products and commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives in a designated region as an individual contributor and driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, territory management, prospecting, and lead generation within equipment manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Identify and approach potential clients, generating new leads for the business.
4. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned product and market trends to provide insightful feedback and strategies.
5. Work closely with the sales directors to develop strategies for territory management and growth.
6. Submit all reports timely through CRM system
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the industrial equipment manufacturing/distribution industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong experience in B2B sales, territory management, prospecting, and lead generation.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work remotely and travel local up to 70% with 30% overnight travel.
10. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, its latest trends, and best practices.
11. Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing high-quality service.
