Dynamic communication skills including presentation, written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities.
High level of organizational and management skills necessary for coordinating large, complex projects with a multi-disciplined team.
Business acumen across industries and business issue levels.
Broad knowledge within a multidimensional industry and/or selling capital
Bachelor of Business or Interior Design/Architecture degree.
Experience in a high-performing consultative sales or closely related role.
Experience working with distribution partners and/or a strong understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus.
