We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager interested in joining our expanding LotGuard Sales organization. The successful candidate comes to us with a proven track record in managing outside Sales professionals and achieving sales and revenue targets.
Position is based at our US headquarters located in Richardson, TX.
The Role
Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for Parking Lot surveillance applications, providing account management and opportunities for additional revenue with existing customer base. Manages the existing Sales team and work closely with the internal Sales support team to deliver an effective sales strategy that maximizes revenue and profits for WCCTV in the assigned territory.
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual headline (revenue and maximum profit) goals and KPIs for the territory through personal and the regional Sales team’s quota/targets.
1. New Business and Expand Existing Business Revenue
- Generate new business opportunities through researching the market, providing contacts and project opportunities to the internal sales team and following up on sales leads provided through marketing campaigns.
- Attend customer sales meetings booked directly or by the internal Business Development team for personal customer accounts and field Sales team’s customer accounts. Fully explore each customer’s needs and product requirements and present details on the most relevant WCCTV products and services that will support their needs.
- Prepare detailed quotes and RFPs for customers which maximize revenue and profit in every commercial opportunity. Negotiate all sales orders on the best possible commercial terms to WCCTV.
- Provide excellent account management to the existing customer base within the territory with the goal of increasing sales and revenue opportunities.
2. Management Responsibility
- Hold regular team meetings and monthly one on one meetings with direct reports regarding business development activity, sales pipeline and issues.
- Regularly monitor Sales staff’s key performance metrics to include calls, customer meetings, proposals and closed deals. Identify opportunities for improvement for each team member and monitor progress.
- Support, mentor and coach the Sales team assigned to the territory. Working closely with Internal Sales Training and assessment team.
- Take remedial action as required if an individual’s performance does not meet the required standards for their position.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to grow the sales team in line with WCCTV growth strategy.
3. Sales Planning
- Responsible for setting and executing the sales strategy for the region in support of the Company’s overall business strategy and plans.
- Plan and deliver the monthly sales activity and revenue targets for the region with internal Business Development department and assigned field Sales team.
4. Marketing Responsibility
- Hold regular marketing strategy meetings with the US Sales Manager - Managed Service and Executive VP to discuss quarterly marketing goals for the territory.
- Hold regular marketing meetings with the internal Marketing team to ensure that y all quarterly marketing goals are identified, implemented and achieved.
- Support the internal Marketing team with planning the annual tradeshow schedule; attend trade shows, as needed.
5. Sales Administration
- Collate and communicate information gathered during any sales opportunity onto the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity and reporting of sales for the region to senior Sales management.
- Analyze and create sales packs for monthly/quarterly sales meetings.
- Provide additional data, sales and/or customer information to the senior management when requested.
6. Customer First
- Provide additional support to customers as required (i.e. incoming sales calls, technical support and customer service depending on office staffing levels).
- Pass on leads to other internal sales offices/sales teams as and when appropriate.
- Perform additional duties within the level of competence as requested by Senior Management.
- Provide 360 degree feedback on any area that can enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent and a minimum of five to seven years of previous Enterprise sales experience in the Video surveillance industry, selling solutions to Manufacturing, Automotive & Distribution Verticals (desirable). Minimum of five years of previous experience managing field sales professionals required.
- Previous experience selling to C level executives through a consultative sales approach is required.
- Previous experience using CRM such as Salesforce required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development and sales forecasting.
- Strong leadership with ability to develop, evolve, mature, and retain sales talent.
- An excellent communicator who can build, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers and internal staff with ease.
- A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail and leadership skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales orders is required.
Must currently have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits Offered:
- Competitive base salary up to $95,000 per year DOE and up to $65,000 bonus per year for on target earnings (OTE) up to $160,000 per year for outstanding performers.
- 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + seven (7) paid Company holidays

Pay: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
