Talis Group’s client is a leading manufacturer of innovative digital signage solutions for over 25 years. Their comprehensive product range caters to diverse industries, providing businesses with the tools they need to enhance brand visibility and communication. Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (work from home office) to join our growing team. This position will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving sales through both direct business-to-business interactions and strategic channel partner collaborations. Your territory will cover parts of Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, willingness to learn the signage industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Full benefit package along with laptop, I-Phone, and company vehicle provided.
Salary to $60k base plus commission. Proven potential to earn around $100K.
Highlighted Duties:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a combination of direct sales and channel partner engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their signage needs and providing customized solutions to enhance their brand visibility.
- Work closely with channel partners to drive mutual success. Provide training, support, and assistance in developing effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize this knowledge to position the company as a market leader.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our signage solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline management.
- Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales.
HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel within parts of TN, AL, MS, and LA region as required, up to 50%.
