The Regional Sales Manager will be remote based plus travel, after initial training in Atlanta, GA and Germany.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated engineer with technical sales experience, preferably with automation technology.
Summary:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in technical sales activities in this dynamic market.
Tasks:
·Search for new sales opportunities and extend the company customer base by client acquisition activities within your designed territory.
·Located remote within assigned region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT, NY, PA, MD, NJ, DE)
·Support design and development of complex technical dispensing solutions in various high-tech industries (automotive, electronics, 3D printing, aerospace, etc.).
·Collaborate with a technical engineering team in both the US and Germany.
·Develop new business with electronic, automotive component, 3D printing, aerospace, material manufacturers and machine integrator customers in the defined territory.
·Internal and external project management.
·Quote generation.
·Provide customer support.
·Attend relevant trade shows throughout the year.
Requirements:
·Degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics, etc.) preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
·At least 2 years of technical sales experience. Dispensing experience preferred. Extensive training at our headquarters in Germany will be provided.
·Proficiency in all standard MS programs.
·CRM experience - Salesforce preferred.
·Demonstrate ability to solve complex technical problems.
·Willingness/ability to travel frequently.
