Regional Sales Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a select dealer base in which you will provide sales and product training and creating sales goals, while working to increase sales and distribution in your assigned region. Our ideal candidate has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and has a real passion for sharing the benefits of our product offerings. Must be self-driven and capable of working independently within set region.
The successful candidate will execute on al Regional responsibilities to ensure a positive consumer experience along with maintaining a strong customer relationship and brand recognition within the region.
GENERAL DUTIES:
➢ Establish clear sales goals and objectives for each dealer in the assigned region.
➢ Develop and Implement an Annual Regional Strategy
➢ Populate and continuously update all fields of Region Planning File and salesrep.bullfrogspas.com
➢ Develop a thorough understanding of the Bullfrog product line and how it compares to all key competitors.
➢ Develop and improve industry knowledge to the highest level to enable dealers to view you as a true industry expert.
➢ Educate dealers on new or upcoming products and services and PPSQFT practices.
➢ Continually monitor and track regional sales performance (dealer by dealer).
➢ Analyze monthly sales outcomes and complete reports for company.
➢ Attend trade shows, conventions, sales meetings and training as needed.
➢ Assist with Bullfrog's sales and marketing efforts by providing company with ideas, suggestions, concerns, etc. (You are the voice of the Customer)
➢ Work with Operations to ensure smooth "Post Sales Process"
➢ Secure long term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations.
➢ Follow all safety, health and business laws and regulations.
➢ Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
➢ Maintain Regional Budget and Provide Forecasting when needed.

Dealer Lead Generation
➢ Seek New Business opportunities and coordinate with sales leadership to secure new dealer partners
➢ Investigate all markets within territory and develop full understanding of key prospective dealerships that would qualify to meet Bullfrog's minimum requirements.
➢ Attend each trade show in which Bullfrog exhibits its products and provide proper representation in company booth.
➢ Provide prompt and complete follow-up of all sales leads and activities.
➢ Complete all Prospecting Program steps and requirements.
➢ Record all actions and all opportunities.
New Dealers
➢ Prospect, set-up and provide ongoing in-field representation for new accounts less than 12 months.
➢ Complete all paperwork & approvals necessary in setting up each new Dealer.
➢ Ensure completion of initial commitments from new dealer partners as noted in Partner Commitment Proposal. i.e. Bullfrog Spas Academy, POP order, Spare Parts order, Sales & Tech Factory Training.
➢ Within 3 weeks of Dealer receiving first order, provide initial in-field Bullfrog Dealer training.
➢ Appropriate of time dedicated to developing new business to achieve goals.
Existing Dealers
➢ Annually, and with the approval of Bullfrog, complete in-field implementation of the Retail Dealership Agreement for each Dealer in your territory prior to RDA expiration.
➢ Solve sales problems associated with Dealers that fall under the terms of this job description.
➢ Contact each Dealer by phone weekly to assess needs and provide assistance.
➢ Visit each Dealer at least quarterly to provide Bullfrog training and support.
➢ Appropriate amount of time dedicated to maintaining and growing existing business to achieved goals.
➢ Implement "in-field" Bullfrog Dealer training on (but not limited to) the following:
*All aspects of the Bullfrog product line (portable spas and Swim).
*All Bullfrog Dealer Support programs.
*Selling in a retail environment.
*Selling against another line on the same floor.
*Selling against the competition.
*Selling at Home Shows and other offsite events.
*SpaDesign Software (all facets)
*Execute on all Best Practices of the Power Per Square Foot Guide.
Miscellaneous
Other items may be needed as assigned.
This position reports directly to: Director of Sales
