About the job...Reports to the National Sales Manager. You will manage a portfolio of manufacturing customers within the Texas territory and develop new business from existing and new customers; actively seek new opportunities. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of Company’s solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
(Current sales about $300K, Territory potential more than double with regional growth potential as well)
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, Industrial Machinery preferred
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to work independently from a home office environment
Working Conditions
- This position includes outside travel to customers’ premises and may include international travel and overnight stay (50% - 75% w/in territory; minimal international travel)
- This position includes periods of telephone-intensive work
- Must have a sufficient personal line of credit to accommodate required travel and expenses such as hotel, flights, car rental and meals (you are reimbursed)
