Are you passionate about meeting customer needs? Reporting to the VP of Sales for Americas, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for handling Isolation Valves’ sales growth aligned to annual business and sales objectives. While having to influence sales channel Leadership, this role is also accountable for aligning the strategy and assisting channel partners with sales management processes and opportunities to deliver year-over-year above-market rate growth. The qualified incumbent will lead the revenue within the territory while helping to align resources ensuring technical support, quote response, pricing, and deliveries that meet the region’s market requirements.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead regional revenue
- Coordinate sales resources to support territory and account plans that increase growth
- Responsible for forecasting weekly, monthly, and annual revenue
- Deliver project growth within the region and ensure major EPC opportunities are covered and positioned for a win
- Development of large/strategic account sales opportunities via channel partner alliances
- Act as voice-of-the-customer bridge between the field and support functions within Emerson
- Coordinate regional sales activities, such as: new product launches, account assignments, and ongoing customer needs
- Run the product portfolio by segment to ensure channel partners are achieving maximum growth potential through solution-selling efforts
- Travel 60%+

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BS/BA Degree, required; preferably in Engineering or Marketing
- 5 or more years in the flow control industry with the ability to understand valve and actuation applications or a related level of understanding of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment
- A minimum 5+ years of sales experience, in a technical sales environment
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- At least two years developing a team
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API standards, helpful

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $104,200-166,100.
