As a Regional Sales Manager for our Enterprise division, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating new business opportunities within enterprise-level clients while nurturing existing client relationships. Your primary objective will be to position our company as the preferred solution provider within your assigned accounts.
To excel in this role, you'll drive the sales cycle towards success, ensuring that client needs are met and collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver compelling sales proposals. We're seeking an individual with exceptional energy and drive, along with a genuine passion for expanding business across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish impactful relationships quickly, identifying immediate business opportunities within each account and leveraging internal resources to enhance them. Candidates with existing strong security industry connections are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a field sales position, and we're currently seeking top talent in the state of Tennessee.
What You'll Do:
As a Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise, your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with internal resources and working autonomously to build a robust pipeline, surpassing individual sales quotas.
Identifying new business prospects while fostering and maintaining relationships, including with executive-level stakeholders within your assigned portfolio.
Networking within client organizations and influencing key decision-makers, often at the C-level.
Serving as a brand ambassador for our company within designated client accounts.
Effectively articulating and promoting our value proposition and services, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within your customer base.
Developing detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account in your portfolio.
Leading virtual teams and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive and close opportunities.
Taking ownership of opportunities and providing accurate forecasts of business objectives and outcomes.
What You'll Need:
As a Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise, your qualifications and skills will include:
A proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience selling high-technology products to FTSE 250 companies.
The ability to network effectively at multiple levels within an organization, including up to the C-level.
Strong knowledge of security technology.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
The capability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
Proficiency in identifying and influencing key decision-makers.
Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment at an enterprise level for a minimum of 4-6 years.
Previous sales experience in the IT security industry is preferred.
Proficiency in closing solutions and services opportunities ranging from $150k to $1m.
Familiarity with formal sales training methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS).
Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, and accountability.
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
