About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the Eastern Territory. With over thirty years of expertise in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components globally, we are dedicated to excellence in the electronics market.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales growth plan for the Eastern Territory, including managing representatives and fostering new business opportunities.
- Achieve a sales growth target of 10% above market expectations.
- Lead the creation and management of Semi-Annual Corporate Forecasts.
- Conduct Quarterly Forecast reviews with Manufacture's Reps, documenting action plans.
- Drive OEM Design Wins to purchase orders, both locally and with Contract Manufacturers.
- Provide training and support to reps/agents on pipeline tracking systems.
- Define and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, conducting regular meetings and driving sales growth.
- Foster relationships with top prospects and existing Key Accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business/Product Development Managers to identify and capitalize on new business prospects.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to identify and capitalize on new product opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the electronic components industry.
- Proficient in value-based selling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Technical aptitude to engage with customer design engineers.
- At least 5 years of Regional Sales Management experience, preferably in capacitor sales.
