**Regional Sales Manager**
**Job Summary**
The Regional Sales Manager collaborates with dealers to drive aggressive sales expansion across commercial, industrial, rental, and consumer markets, leveraging the full suite of products and services. This role spearheads the development and execution of individualized business plans to achieve targeted market share, revenue, and margin goals. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager proactively identifies and pursues new opportunities to grow the utility and consumer vehicle business. The territory covered includes North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Southeast Kansas, and Southwest Missouri. The ideal candidate should reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Partner with Channel Partners to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to increase business volume within the assigned markets, promoting and selling products across the territory.
2. Drive channel partner engagement in all programs and activities.
3. Support assigned channel partners in demonstrating, promoting, and selling/leasing transportation and utility vehicles to businesses within key vertical markets, including resorts and hospitality, state and local government, education, industrial, and consumer sectors, while maintaining pricing integrity and meeting or exceeding profit margin targets.
4. Train and develop sales professionals at assigned channel partners to ensure long-term growth.
5. Conduct annual assessments of all assigned dealers using the channel evaluation tool, creating and following up on action plans to address performance gaps.
6. Collaborate with channel development partners to manage the channel according to proper guidelines, eliminate consistently underperforming dealers, and recruit new dealers with strong sales and business capabilities to increase market coverage.
7. Represent the company to end-users, conducting outside sales calls and exhibiting at trade shows alongside channel partners.
8. Work with dealers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
9. Support strategic/key account sales activity by ensuring responsible channel partners fulfill obligations professionally, timely, and consistently.
10. Support corporate business initiatives and programs.
11. Stay informed about competitive dynamics in the market.
12. Provide regular progress reports to management as required.
13. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 50 - 75%
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Channel management, direct sales experience in consumer products, key account relationship development, digital marketing experience.
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations, including but not limited to DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
