We are a leader in the solar industry and have been for 7 years. Our leaders have a very deep knowledge of solar and created Tephra to give homeowners the option of an alternative energy source. Tephra is quickly growing, and we need a determined leader to join our team and grow with our company. We are seeking a regional manager who is self-motivated, reliable, has solar experience, and is willing to learn all that we have to teach.
Day to Day:
- This is an in-home door to door position
- Teach & train new sales representatives. This includes working the doors. You will teach by example!
- Manage your teams daily & weekly schedules
- Interview & hire new representatives. Applicants are pre-scrubbed by the Tephra recruiting team prior to the interview process.
- Detailed reporting on your team's success. Create a plan for team members who are struggling. Overall management of your teams
- Complete the close of new leads/sales
Requirements:
- Experience in similar industries such as: Solar, Alarms, Fiber/Internet, Pest Control, Roofing, Home Upgrades
- Organized
