The Role
We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts in the Central US (including states like Texas, Oklahoma, and Illinois). This work-from-home position offers the opportunity to travel about 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
Champion our comprehensive security solutions portfolio to partners, system integrators, and end-users.
Identify and develop sales opportunities, create proposals, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and forecasts.
Network with industry partners to expand our reach and enhance customer satisfaction.
Cultivate strong customer relationships to increase sales within their facilities.
Deliver impactful presentations and leverage consultative selling techniques.
Prepare insightful reports and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve ambitious goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience selling technology solutions, preferably in security, communications networking, or IT.
Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software.
Experience in multi-level selling a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
