About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identifying and securing new opportunities to expand market presence.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Communicating the benefits of a comprehensive product line, including directional control valves, explosion-proof valves, electronics, accessories, and custom solutions.
- Value Selling: Positioning products as high-performance solutions that deliver long-term ROI.
- Territory Management: Prioritizing accounts, planning sales activities, and maximizing coverage within the assigned territory.
- Technical Collaboration: Partnering with engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the fluid power or related industries.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
