Position Overview
As a Remote Life Insurance Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team towards success. You will recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated insurance agents, driving performance while ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a remote team of insurance agents, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback to help team members thrive.
- Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust in our services.
- Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Leading from the Front: We're looking for candidates that are capable of building a team, while maintaining a focus on personal production and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in life insurance sales or leadership roles within the industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- A professional license in both Life & Health, or willingness to obtain a license.
