Position: Mid-Atlantic US Front Line Care Regional Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC
Territory: Mid-Atlantic - Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, and Richmond, VA
Travel: Up to 75% travel within the territory, potentially 1-2 overnights per month (Company vehicle provided when available)
About the Role:
As the Mid-Atlantic US Front Line Care Regional Manager, you'll lead a dynamic sales region covering both Acute Care & Primary Care markets. Reporting to the Area VP of East Sales, you'll oversee a team of 7-10 representatives in a market that continues to see investment and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing regional business plans focused on key accounts and segments
- Building and leveraging channel networks to drive profitable territory and regional growth
- Motivating your team to reach their full potential
- Identifying and meeting with key customers
- Maintaining a robust forecast of opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to close large opportunities
- Coaching team members on both deal and skill-based opportunities
- Managing a network of distributors and channel partners
- Staying current with local healthcare market trends and the evolving medical industry landscape
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience or experience in our product line portfolio
- Proven track record in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong background working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
- Experience building and maintaining dealer relationships
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Willingness to live within or relocate to the specified geography
- Familiarity with the Mid-Atlantic region is highly desirable
Compensation:
We believe in transparent and equitable pay practices. The base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $252,000 plus commission. The actual salary may vary based on factors including relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
