Account Executive
An
ADP client
is currently seeking an experienced individual to be our next Sales
Executive and join our team in our Northeast or West Territories locations.
This is an assigned territory and outside sales role.
Who We
Are:
We
manufacture broadband amplifier “drop-ins,” complete stations and accessories -
enabling broadband operators worldwide the ability to reduce customer service
interruption and time-on-site for the technician while simultaneously
eliminating the need for full-splicing when replacing modules.
What you’ll
do:
Core
duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Prospect and generate new
business in the Telecom and Utilities domains. - Develop and present solutions
sales proposals to potential clients. - Develop successful go to market
strategies working closely with competency and delivery teams. - Actively participate in customer
marketing events and industry trade shows (drive attendance, attend events,
follow-up with lead lists). - Develop strong relationships in
the industry through thought leadership. - Ensure sales opportunities are
accurately qualified and mapped to the customer budget cycle and aligned with Company’s
delivery and competency teams. - Forecast and report sales/revenue
projections to Sales Management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive
forecast accuracy. - Performs
other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our
Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s Degree in Business Management with a great understanding for sales
in Engineering, or Electronics. - Minimum of 5 years of marketing
experience, or sales experience with strong marketing orientation. - The
candidate must be capable of traveling daily to businesses in the territory. - The
candidate must have organization skills and report weekly activity. - Manufacturers
represented provide training, sales materials and in person support. - Strong
technical expertise in design, materials, and manufacturing processes. - Tactful negotiations skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective presentation, implementation,
and follow-up skills. - Must be very flexible and
adaptable to changes. - Experienced
working with electronics manufacturing and design service suppliers.

Offers:
- Base annual salary is $75k, commensurate with
experience and education. - Commission structure based on individual’s
