Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Executive. In this role, you'll play a vital part in expanding our customer base and fostering strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in outside sales activities to develop meaningful customer relationships and expand our pipeline.
Cultivate strong partnerships with external customers, as well as collaborate closely with assigned Account Executives.
Identify and update key performance indicators to ensure the success of our customer portfolio.
Lead quarterly reviews to strategize and enhance our customer relationships.
Develop and execute plans to increase market share with new customers.
Collaborate with senior leadership to onboard and manage strategic-level customers.
Provide regular updates to management on challenges, successes, and relevant information.
Assist in branch budgeting and annual planning initiatives.
Act as a leader and mentor within the company, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Learn to engage with customers at the highest levels, including VP and C-suite interactions.
Maintain a balance between office and field work, with an average of 1-2 days per week in the home branch and the remainder meeting with prospective customers.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Transportation and Logistics) or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage stress.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
