We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team who will be responsible for managing, leading and developing our Northeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
Our TAMs are responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with direct and channel customers.
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as managing and developing relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stagesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity spaceOrganized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approachesDevelop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizationsMonitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growthPrepare and present sales reports to senior managementCollaborate with other departments to grow revenue e.g.
Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales OperationsStay up to date on industry trends and new technologiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity salesProven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts, a plus if with Northeast US based accountsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, i.e., from C-level to front-line technical staffAble to travel throughout U.S.
