Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for driving sales and shaping the future of the construction industry? We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and leading our sales force across multiple locations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the successful execution of our business strategy. This role involves approximately 50% travel and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Director, you will:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market conditions and company goals.
2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers across multiple locations.
3. Collaborate with Managing Directors and subsidiaries to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals.
4. Drive the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
8. Travel to various locations to meet with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and to attend industry events.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and leading high-performing sales teams.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. Excellent strategic thinking and visioning abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
8. A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
