- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed sales targets for deals within the specified range.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts, particularly with deals ranging from 2 to 5 million dollars, preferably within the [industry/sector].
