Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving sales success by prospecting, cold-calling, and setting appointments to maintain a thriving sales pipeline for our senior sales team. Working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research automotive dealership decision-makers.
Conduct daily high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage Active, Inactive, and Prospective customers.
Schedule sales appointments for field team members.
Deploy strategic email communications with meticulous follow-up.
Conduct thorough prospect preparation and research.
Develop expertise in our sales strategy within the initial 90-120 days to enhance the appointment setting process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume B2B phone sales preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Working knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and retain complex sales processes and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
