Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, is a well-established and growing national direct-to-home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager - Outside Sales to join our high energy team. This outside sales position will manage and grow an assigned territory by increasing new referrals from healthcare professionals; such as Physicians, Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, Discharge Planners, manufacturer representatives, or any other pertinent healthcare partner. The purpose of the sales team will be to focus on the creation and growth of a customer base by increasing new referrals and converting leads.
- This position is based out of Louisville. Hybrid role with ability to travel regularly; territory would be all within driving distance.

- Schedule is 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with direct sales representatives, healthcare manufacturers, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare partners.
- Increase new referrals and convert leads from healthcare professionals.
- Practice active listening and leverage consultative sales techniques to present meaningful solutions that benefit stakeholders.
- Ability to move key customers through a sales pipeline effectively and efficiently.
- Support policies in accordance with HIPPA and Medicare Mandates.
- Be knowledgeable of payer guidelines - Managed Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances.
