Regional Property Manager - The Star Companies

*Position summary

The successful Regional Property Manager strives to ensure the efficient operation of the Properties within their portfolio in accordance with Management and Ownership goals, while following company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

*Position Performance Objectives

• Develop and implement an annual operating budget.
• Oversee rent collections.
• Oversee evictions.
• Oversee lease offerings.
• Write narrative property reports.
• Oversee property infrastructure projects.
• Hire and supervise on-site personnel.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong landlord/tenant law knowledge.
• Competent budgeting and costing skills.
• Solid infrastructure/physical plant knowledge.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft O365 suite.

• The ability to communicate vital information to superiors, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Has the ability to work at the corporate office in front of a computer screen for approximately 90% of a typical day in the office
• Has the ability to make regular Property visits
• Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds

*Experience requirements

• Minimum 3 years' multifamily property management experience
• Mobilehome park experience preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Residential leasing experience
• California Real Estate License preferred
• CPM or CPM Candidate strongly preferred

Salary Range: $75,000 to $115,000
