We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to join our team of management professionals in Florida. As a Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets and strategizing to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in your region. This role entails hiring, training, mentoring, and inspiring an on-site team of property management professionals, while also cultivating strong working relationships with corporate support departments. Candidates for this position must have prior experience with Senior Housing or Multi-Family Lease Up projects. Additionally, strong team-building skills and the ability to lead property management and leasing teams to success while maintaining accountability are essential.
As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborates with Marketing Department for plans
- Executes leasing strategies and adjusts as needed
- Provides ongoing training to leasing staff
- Conducts competitor analysis regularly
- Monitors budget performance and compliance
- Provides detailed variance reports quarterly
- Identifies revenue opportunities
- Ensures high-quality resident programs
- Manages site inspections and resident complaints
- Evaluates maintenance operations and approves decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10-15+ years experience in active adult / independent Senior housing or Multi-Family lease ups required
- Professional designations, i.e. Certified Professional Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), or equivalent industry designation preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to travel as necessary throughout the state of Florida or other areas as needed and assigned
- Exceptional communication, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to solve problems involving residents, maintenance, and critical incidents
- Must be detail oriented, energetic, assertive, and have ability to serve as a role model for direct reports
- Ability to conduct business with enthusiasm, assertiveness, exuding a positive attitude and professional decorum
