Regional Property Manager:
A leading Real Estate Investment & Property Management Firm in Central New Jersey is looking to hire a Regional Property Manager. This is a well-established and successful Real Estate Company specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily and mixed-use assets. The role will be responsible for the operational and financial success of a large portfolio of multifamily Properties throughout multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operational success of a multifamily property portfolio.
- Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met.
- Provide reviews and analysis of operating budgets, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and rent rolls for each property.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and communicate regularly with on-site managers, company employees, executives, lenders, financial partners, and other financial stakeholders.
- Supervise capital improvement projects and renovations.
- Perform regular visits to each property to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Monitor building violations to ensure building managers are addressing complaints in a timely manner and certifying corrections.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to all legal requirements are enforced.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing a 1000+ unit multi-site portfolio of multifamily residential properties.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in finance, with an understanding of real estate ownership, construction development, or asset management.
- Must possess strong leadership skill and a natural charisma with the ability to effectively train, develop, and motivate a large staff of employees.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines.
- Must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, solve problems, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar real estate software.
