Education & General Requirements
Must be able to speak, read and write English
College degree preferred
Must be over 21 years of age
Must have or be in process of obtaining CPM
Must meet underwriting standards for fidelity bond insurance, as personal automobile will be used, must possess valid drivers license of the state in which employed, and must meet standards of insurability set by insurance carrier to operate personal automobile in furtherance of company business. Must be accessible after hours for emergencies. Must be able to travel overnight, as most portfolios include communities in various locations. Must not be on the Denied Participation list issued by U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development
Equipment Operation
Operate company vehicles on site, if any. Operate, or be trained in operation of, site computer system, copier, and other normal business machines. Must be able to use computer software, such as word processing software and spreadsheet software.
Experience
Operational experience as a property manager or site manager of large apartment community is preferred. Other related experience will be considered.
